Koss Customer Service

I wanted to share my experience with my old Koss DJ100 headphones. The connector at the end was intermittent and when manipulated would pass signals again. Koss has lived up to their warrantee and replaced the cord for the minor fee of shipping and handling. They are back to work now in my home.

About how the speaker and headphone business was split...

And eventually the speaker side went under (a few years back), but that the headphone side keeps on trucking.

Same dinosaur passe dude who keeps posting about this Doro crap, I think... can't remember for sure, nobody was really paying attention.
 
Address is still Milwaukee WI for Koss so if anyone visits with Heeman they are close to visit. Need I say Harley is there too.
