So I got my new sub, BIC America H100ii. I ran the audessy set up and it set my klipsch RB-61's to large and omitted the sub! The lower frequencies only can on for the center channel.
This didn't happen with my old sub? So I manually went in and changed them to small and set the crossover to 80.

Just thought it weird that it did that. I don't know if that negates the audessy set up or not?

Speaker size selection, ie. small, large, and crossover setting should be outside of Audyssey. Its been a long time since I ran Audyssey in either of my rooms, but what I am trying to say is the two definitely effect each other but aren't one and the same. Run Audyssey again though since you changed yoru speaker size. It cant hurt.

Yup. You need to set up your speaker size and configuration and THEN run Audyssey (and then possibly tweak it). I learned this the hard way.
