Craigslist steal?

We are finishing up revamping our converted garage. I am going to have a little listening/theater..finally.
In my living room I have the Marantz nr1504 paired with Klipsch RB-61 and RC-52.
The new room is going have the Elac B6s in a 5.1 set up. Have one pair of the Elacs already. Have been looking around at receivers now. I found this on Craigslist this morning:

Not hooked up for trial use would bug me a bit. The buyer would have to prive to me that it works otherwise I would just try and find a refurb from accessories4less

I would bring some bookshelf speakers and my ipod to test all channels.
 
I got it!
It's in perfect condition. The guy is a retired professor and is going out of the country for the foreseeable future. Has all original accessories. $200 for marantz sr6008!
