HumVee maker suing Call of Duty developer

Says the success of Call of Duty was made at the expense of the HumVee brand and they are due their fair share.

I'm not sure how they figure this. My thinking is they are trying to wheedle a licensing payment out of Activision. Nobody's looking askance at AM General or Hummvees due to CoD. If anything it's the opposite. They may have a claim for unlicensed use, but reduced value? LOL NOPE.
