HCTM will be livestreaming a concert tomorrow night at 6 pm MST on Farcebook; I believe you can click on the link above and hit the button "Watch Now" (right now its greyed out) to connect. I've never watched anything "live" on FB before so I think that's how it works...

Not much is known about this band, although they've been together for almost 20 years and I have 4 or 5 of their albums. I've read that they're a crack group of rock and funk studio musicians who do this "just to have fun", and because of their risqué lyrics they wanted to keep their identities buried (har!), hence the outfits. They're tight, fawnky, fun, and perverted, and from what I've read they're also a fantastic band live.

Here's probably their greatest "hit", Pants, done live on the Bob & Tom Show, to get an idea:

The first 30 minutes or so were... okay. They were performing live to nobody, but had roadies replacing mics and instruments in real time. No banter whatsoever; as soon as one song finished, someone was counting off the next tune. A seamless show with no edits.
And dayam, they finally kicked into gear and burned for the next 50 minutes! Great playing, singing and choreography. And surprisingly, they didn't play their well-known tunes like Pants or Wienerman, just their newer material (Santana is the only other artist I know that does that).
Don't know if anyone here watched it, I'll post a link if its available.
