Mr. Speaker's Voce: Best HP's at AXPONA 2018

Well IMHO anyway, tried Sonoma, Sennheiser, HiFiMan however I did not try Stax. But I have before and I did not care for the way they are seated on your head, just kind of hang off the side. Not clamping your head, always feel like they are going to fall off if I move too fast. Same thing with Aybss HP's plus they are pretty heavy.

What I loved about the Voce, everything sounded more clear, detailed, natural and balanced. But without being overly bright in the high frequency range, which many electrostatic HP's are. Sonoma and HFiMan electrostatic's are this way. The designer from Mr. Speaker said this was one of his main goals. In fact I consider this the best sounding headphone I have ever heard.

These Orpheus HP's from Sennheiser, are pretty tricked out. With their custom case and amp like something from a Bond movie, with the $55k price to match. I don't remember them being bright, but me and another guy reporting from another forum. Just didn't think they sounded as natural, more like regular HP's. https://gizmodo.com/we-listened-to-sennheisers-absurd-55-000-orpheus-headp-1741947676
