LG C5 set - Costco sale - any reason not to upgrade?

Hi Guys, I was just reading Deacon's post about grabbing a 77" LG C4 a few months ago and just saw in my latest Costco mailer they are going to be selling the LG C5 77" for $1999 with a 5yr warranty next week.
Current set is a 2018 65" LG OLED. I've been really happy with that set, it has no issues, but this seems to be a really good deal.

My viewing distance is about 11ft, maybe 12ft. Seems a 77 would be ideal.

Talk me out of this, or don't.... haha I need some new stuff :)

You already knew this was going to be a hopeless endeavor. That's a great price and the C5 is supposed to be much brighter than the C4. I am loving my C4 so you know the only way to avoid regrets!

Wow, that pricing from Amazon is insane.

I wound up getting the set at Costco, with the cashback, additional warranty, and return policy I feel that's a justified move.
Got it on the wall today and I'm still playing with the setup, it's decent but I need to spend some quality time dialing it in.

So far I'm pretty impressed.

It's LG, not Amazon......

You have got to give us your real world perspective on the difference between the two after you spend some time with the new set

Well its been a few weeks and I feel like I've gotten the set adjusted best I can without having a true ISF calibration done.
I used the Rtings and a couple other youtube videos to get the general setup done and then some small tweaks to fit my personal tastes after the matter.
I find myself hovering back and forth between Filmaker mode for evening movie viewing and Expert Bright room mode for daytime TV. Our livingroom has a ton of natural light coming in during the day between 8am and 3pm and the expert bright room setting really allows you to comfortably view most source materials during the day. Anything with a lot of dark scenes requires a shutting of the blinds or pateintly waiting for evening viewing.
The PQ out of the box is decent, but even after making the suggested tweaks from online sources I found the picture to be a bit bright and colors extremely oversaturated, especially the reds. This where a professional calibration may come in. Considering it as I plan to keep this set for at least 5-7 years, as I did the previous LG 65".
Moving up from a 65 to a 77 inch set was a little intimidating. My viewing distance is right at 11-12ft so I feel like I am right on the borderline of the set being a bit too big. Some images appear soft on the larger set, I feel like there is still some tweaking to be done depending on the source material the upscaling to 4k from 1080p can be inconsistent. Sometimes its truly impressive and other times I feel like it should be a bit better, likly an issue with the content quality vs. the set. It does the best it can with what it's given.
I've downloaded some true 4k material I view off of a hard drive connected directly to the set and when displaying a 4k medium the set is outstandingly impressive vs what it can do upscaling 1080p.
Setting the Truemotion to off seems to introduce a little picture stutter which is notable and a bit annoying. I keep it in "Cinema" which seems to smooth this out and look natural without that soap opera affect.
The WEBOS interface is easy enough to navigate but I do miss having an actual number-pad on the remote, Something I hope they offer a fix to. Using the on screen number pad or the thumb wheel to scroll through my OTA channels is a little cumbersome, but not the end of the world.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the purchase but find myself still getting used to the overall size of the screen, it is massive in comparison to my 65.
