I agree with you Haywood on this issue and still push people to the future. I have an excellent Onkyo-pr-sc886-pre-pro up for sale in the classified section but wouldn't sell it to someone looking for an upgrade for their new HT. Used Pair of Parasound Halo JC 1's - Pipe Dream?
Those Parasound's are super nice, but for the money, I would invest in new speakers first. Then, if money matters, I would look at the ATI brand as well.. So we have done away with cable/dishes here and now use Chromecast. Great little device if you want to get rid of your big cable/dish bill. In order to get all the channels like History, A&E, Fox, ESPN ect.. you still need to have a network account. My friend lets me use his email and cable...- Razz

Jeff, Not sure if I'm getting you straight here. Are you saying you never heard of "bluetooth" steaming to a receiver? Or just WiFi? Most newer receivers let you stream bluetooth now.- Razz

Botch, I've climbed it twice now. It's my favorite all-time hike! Most incredible view when you get to the top, and as you'll see in my video below.. you can look right over the edge, 1,500 feet straight down!!!! It's terrifying yet so exhilarating!!! -
