I've just upgraded the forum software to Xenforo 2.0. Please let me know if you have any problems with it. I'm still working on installing styles... coming soon.
I have two Yamaha receivers and haven't had any issues. I've read that Onkyo has HDMI issues. I would like at http://www.accessories4less.com/ for a good deal.
I did. The main things I noticed was the bass sounds tighter to me and I feel I can listen at lower volume without feeling I'm missing anything. I also feel like I'm more engaged with music and movies with the panels up. I don't feel like the sound is everywhere in the room.
Here are some photos of the panels I made. I bought roxul safe n sound from home depot. I used burlap and micro-suede for the fabric. Not hard at all to make and it's definitely worth it if you haven't done so yet. I'm going to work on wire management next.
Should I use original resolution, auto, or 4K for my video settings? My TV is 4K with HDR. I was thinking original resolution and let the TV do the scaling, but wasn't sure if that's best or if it matters.
