Recently found out my youngest stepson loves jazz.
I had not heard of this because he barely talks to or anyone else but his game buddies.
The was taking to pt/ot last week and asked him what he was listening to and he "you gotta listen to jazz on rainy days".
He's a cool kid.

Well constructed oxygen free cables that are reasonably priced should be fine.
Nest thermostat took a dump on me.
HVAC is still under warranty. Contractor replaced is with a standard thermostat.
I may replace the Nest at some point.
I called insurance and they reccomended I get everything repaired and see what tally is.
Receiver and garage door opener are gonna cost me and everything else I did with help a buddy.
I don't see turning in a claim now.

Had a nasty lightning strike last Saturday night.
It appears to have killed video through HDMI. Fortunately I have a spare everything and swapped it for my Marantz AV7005 Pre/Pro.
A buddy of mine is taking it to the service center in St Louis.
We shall see.
I have installed several systems in boats and cars using predominantly the Alpine PDX9 class D amp with with amazing results.
No one has been disappointed or been able to discern the difference. They are wowed by the power and size compared their class A/B counterparts.

A good friend of mine from high school plays bass for Jeff Tweedy's other project "Tweety" and has has small parts in Wilco stuff.
Not sure how much Wilco stuff he has actually done.
