I've just upgraded the forum software to Xenforo 2.0. Please let me know if you have any problems with it. I'm still working on installing styles... coming soon.
And of course I'm talking about looking at a display over the last 6 months that has been calibrated and set up in a light controlled basement. You're talking about a display that you stood in front of for 5 minutes in a well lit showroom.
I would say yes indeed. When I first got my set I would notice things that I wasn't even looking for. Things like razor stubble on an actors face, the amount of divots on a football field, blood veins under skin, etc.
Some of those things are because of better/more refined clarity but some of...
That doesn't sound right. Take the cost of buying Lucasfilm. You don't try to recoup that after one project. That is a long term investment that would span many different mediums including television shows, books, direct to DVD/Stream movies, etc, etc, etc.

If you are really...
What do you hope to accomplish with your change? Is there currently a glaring weakness that you want to improve? Do you feel there is 'something' missing with your current setup?
From experience I can say that having identical speakers all around is great! Looks like you are trying to...
Glad things are looking better for you. You sounded so defeated before. Now that you have the power conditioner can you tell if you were having wide fluctuations in voltage?
I have that same receiver. I love it.
