Actually I don't think I've ever seen this one before. Pretty good, although of course it follows the Die Hard Formula - bad guys orchestrating some elaborate distraction for a basic money heist. Still, fun stuff.
Sorta; still have several headphone amps I'm not using, a workbench with a bunch of raw electronics parts (resistors and capacitors and such), and Franklin's center channel speaker that I never put in the HT (phantom center works fine for me).
I'm pretty close to needing a new TV, my ancient...
Surprised nobody has mentioned this at all... I'm a few episodes in, interesting so far. I don't know the comics at all though, so I don't know any of the backstory or anything.
Came up in my Spotify feed, and the lyrics are hysterical. Looked it up on youtube to post here, and found this cool version with SRV. Not sure I've ever seen SRV play an acoustic before.
lol And the guy who voiced Valentine in this is also Dale in the recent Disney Chip&Dale movie (which I’m watching now, always loved C&D as a kid - “Shall we? … Let’s shall!”)
Another good quote, @jomari you’ll like this one, from one of the vending machine salesmen: “protect your knees, you don’t want to end up on guard duty!”
And OMG there's a scene in episode 2 where a Netflix exec type guy comes on and says "let's see this scene without the swearing" and then ... the hardest I've laughed in a while.
It's a very clever show, with humor subtle and (of course) sometimes not so subtle.
