I should mention, with the carpet, the audio is much improved. Much less ringing in high frequencies. That said, i still want to add acoustic panels at the 1st reflection points.

Granite bar top is in. Pictures aren't the greatest, as I evidently got significant reflection from the blue painters tape (we're about to paint trim).

In case you're wondering, the trim and doors will all be standard white, except for on the theater front wall. There, we will paint the doors black, same as the wall. And the trim/baseboards there will be the dark gray that is on the side walls of the theater area.
