I've just upgraded the forum software to Xenforo 2.0. Please let me know if you have any problems with it. I'm still working on installing styles... coming soon.
Perhaps he’s wanting tactile response? You said the bass was overbearing but did it beat the shit out of you physically? I once left a demo of John Wick feeling like Mike Tyson pounded my ribs into hamburger because of a near field sub firing directly into the back of the MLP. But I’ve also...
We have some real bass heads here in KC and I think many of them are over-the-top. But they are not posers. They are not just trying to one-up others by having more, or bigger, or whatever. I believe they are misguided, I've told them my opinion, but they have experimented, and traveled to other...
This is in the signature line from a friend of mine who posts quite a bit on AVS:
Archaea's 9.12.4 Home Theater Room
He has 12 sealed subs in his HT. I think it's just becoming acceptable for enthusiasts to use that short-hand form instead of saying 'I have a 9.1.4 system with 12 subwoofers.'...

I'd seen mentions of Letterkenney before and yesterday a clip was posted from the show (to be fair) so I decided to give it a shot. Watched the first four episodes of season 1 last night and it's pretty freakin' funny. On another note, I have a pickleball match tonight against a team named Up...
I like It Chapter 2. It was funny and had a few good jumps. It could've been tightened up, there were some scenes that could've been cut completely and one that could've been shortened, but overall I liked the pacing.
Wait - only 400 hours and you're looking to get another bulb? I understand wanting to have a backup on hand before the current one gives up the ghost but now seems way premature.
@AndySTL, Have you replaced the bulb in your projector (Epson 6010) yet?
We saw Bush and Live on Sunday night. Over twenty years in KC and this was our first concert at this venue (outdoor theater) and it was pretty nice. We went with my sister-in-law who is a huge Bush fan and our seats were in a back corner section, 8th row from the very back. During the set, Gavin...
