I like It Chapter 2. It was funny and had a few good jumps. It could've been tightened up, there were some scenes that could've been cut completely and one that could've been shortened, but overall I liked the pacing.

The project is on hold. He's very particular, knows exactly what he wants for the finished project, and knows that he's not in a place to get there right now. Instead of building it up piece-by-piece, he's basically going to ignore it until he's ready to knock it all out.
