I put some on my table saw and you would not believe how much smoother the cuts are. It is amazing. I put some under the dishwasher too and my plates have never been cleaner. I did find putting them under the bed to be a little counter-productive though.

This bit of snake oil is so ridiculous that I have to share. I especially love the part where he discusses finding the right isolation feet for your particular component, shelf, flooring, etc. Remember, choosing the wrong feet can make your system sound worse. I can't make this shit up. Enjoy.

I haven't had a lot of problems with optical cables. I've only had a handful of failures and those were invariably my own fault. Other than that, I agree with his list. It was nice to see someone brutally appraise "audiophile" nonsense products.

Those are going to look dead sexy in your theater. I expect some serious audio porn when you get this set up.

Franklin's designs are incredible. I'd go with something he designed over anything I'm going to find in a store.

Wow. I just went to Madisound and ran the math. Those things are going to be an absolutely insane value for that kind of performance.

I went back thru the thread to make sure I didn't just miss it. What drivers are you using? Are you using external electronic crossovers? What is your plan for amps?

You are doing some really nice work. It might just lend a little validity to Franklin's claim that I went a bit insane in my own shop by way of massive overkill. I love the way these are turning out.
