It goes here. Cool compression of a fine woodworking project. I brought up APL's cookbook here, several of us have it and Pauly has actually tried a recipe or two (thanks!) No info on who built this, or how Adam likes it; doesn't matter, cool construction video.

I've made many APL recipes since you posted that book. It's become my go-to source for all things protein.

What's with the slots on that drawer, I wonder.
 
That was very cool, but like Towen, it left me wondering what the slots in the drawer were for?
