AMAZING Customer Service from Flexion

I bought my daughter a set of Bluetooth EIMs on Amazon made by a company called Flexion. Shortly afterward, they sent me an e-mail asking for any feedback. I told them that she was very happy with everything but the battery life. An actual human being took the time to send a reply explaining the trade-offs between size, heat and battery life and why they picked the compromises they did. It made good sense and I was really surprised that they bothered to reply. Fast forward to last night. My daughter got back from her grandparents and informed me that the dog they were pet sitting got a hold of her headphones and bit one of the earpieces off. I shot Flexion an e-mail to find out if they could be repaired, which I knew was a long shot. This morning I got an e-mail back saying they were sorry that my headphones were damaged and that they would be happy to send a new pair if I give them my shipping information. Wow. Who does that? I told them the dog ate them. They know their product was not at fault. These guys are obviously out to build a name for themselves and it is working so far as I'm concerned. I will definitely buy from them again.
