All I have to say, is Badass! I was so drawn in to the movie, I couldn't tell it was over 2 hrs long. A must buy blu-ray.
 
Watched this last night and man was I very pleasantly surprised. Yeah it is a big budget CGI fest with tons of explosions and great kick ass bass that has many improbabilities but it is a very entertaining popcorn movie, never a dull moment.I especially liked the last 30 minutes. A must buy for me.

The part with the USS Missouri was great and what made it even better was the old guys in the movie actually served on the Missouri in WWII and Korea.

Haven't seen this yet, but thought (after seeing previews) this would be along the lines as GI Joe, so passed. May have to rethink after seeing this thread.

Just rented this one but will be buying it. Great bass heavy movie. When Rihanna was getting her ass kicked by that one alien am I the only one who thought, "Chris Brown" must be in that costume today.
