This was a channel I noticed on Roku, I added it to my list and just started watching a few videos tonight.
What a hoot! This is Old School barbeque/grilling. There's two or three actors, who you don't really ever see, their faces are cropped out of the picture most of the time. All of them have hats, beards, and sunglasses; the same guy narrates from "behind the scenes", and he's a jen-ewe-wine Good 'Ol Boy!
They only have two kitchen utensils: a 15" Bowie knife used for slicing, mincing, stirring beans, whisking butter in a frypan (cast iron, of course) and cracking lobsters, spraying glop all over the camera lens; and a snotty red handkerchief used as a potholder. :laughing-rolling: They use a Weber kettle for both grilling and smoking.
The videos are obviously home-done, but they're pretty damn good (nice soundtracks!); and I've learned a few things already. Recommended! :handgestures-thumbup:

Nice I didnt know they were on a Roku channel got to add that one. Ive watched some there stuff on youtube and enjoy very much.
