This is a documentary on CNBC that was on last night.
It will be on several times over the next week and I recommend that everyone here try and catch it.
Some of what I saw made me smile.
Of course the push for the extended warranty is portrayed by BB as a vital customer service because you can take it to any BB and it is something others like Amazon and WM don't offer. But they don't say a word as to how often the EW is actually used.
And BB really stresses how informed there "knowledgable sales force" is :laughing-rolling:
But I did not realize they have a 20% share of all electronics sold in the US.
Again highly recommended especially for this group.
