OH SHIT!!! I am really in love with this shitty band! The lyrics are awful and sophomoric and preachy. The music is filled with stereotypical metal gimmicks and even tricks from the likes of Orf and others. I hate myself. I just ordered two more of their CDs off Amazon and think I should get everything they've recorded. I even just started following their Instagram feed.

Huh, not bad stuff actually. I - very occasionally - enjoy metal(ish) stuff. Guess some of the almost operatic choruses in the song in the above vid appeal to me.

I know right? And the lyrics, simple, childish, idealistic, and sometimes lacking anything resembling nuance, are kitshy fun. Like children with talent.
 
I couldn't understand a single fucking word of the lyrics, which as I've said I usually ignore anyway, so that's no prob for me! ;)
 
It is dumb shit like, "bombs kill children to feed your need for designer purses" and shit like that.

Minutes ago I finished watching a brilliant Frank Zappa documentary on Netflix, that featured a number of his songs performed live over the years - including his amazing orchestral compositions.

Moments ago I watched the video posted above.

My brain has now curdled.
