Deep Discount CD's

ive bought some cds from them in the past, and tend to use their ads from time to time. pretty decent deals to be had if you dont need the media immediately. shipping does tend to take a week or so.

ive also sold most of my outdated dvds to them, and had in general a better experience than other stores. as long as you think of it as an average amount per dvd/media, you should get a good return.

great company, great service despite some staggard shipping.
 
I've purchased from them with really no problems, like Jomari said, shipping can take some time. I recall B posting about the Matrix boxset and some blowout pricing that they didn't honor in the end. I think ultimately, considering the little $ saved and the inconsistent shipping, that Amazon is a much more reliable source for most media. If you purchase from them, I hope the transaction goes smoothly...
 
my dealings with them personally where with selling my older stuff for credits, but at least Bats just concurred with the shipping.

one thing thats been pissin me off a lot is how amazons using 'ontrac' for their shipping preference, which is a pain in the ass considering how slow and inconsiderate these bastages are.

one last thing too, is that most of the time youd find some discounts via email too from them. hunt the right time and you might luck out on free shipping and % off...
 
Only downside I've experienced is their ship time. Packaging is good and I've never had jewel cases busted all to hell.

I like Amazon better due to the faster shipping, but (though it's been a few years) I've had excellent service from Deep Discount.


Another one I like, that I also haven't been to in years, is DVD Empire.

Shipment Email from them on Thursday; July 26th at 5:36 PM

Approx. 51 hours.

Received the CD's on 8/3/2012.

10 days from order to receipt.

8 Days from order time to receiving the product......not to bad.

Too slow for me, but I guess that's what happens when you're spoiled by Amazon Prime.
