Digital Copy - Windows...and now Mac?

I'm pretty sure the answer to this is "You are SOL"...but

So I've got my digital copies and for years I've been going with the Windows version.
Now I've got an iPad. Is there any known way to convert from the Windows version
to the Mac version so that it is playable on the iPad?

I don't know of a way you can convert what you've already installed but you may want to contact the studios and ask for a new code. They've been known to give them out after they've expired so I can't see why they wouldn't give them out when you buy a new device.
