Didn't they just up their prices within the last year or two?

If they're raising rates again, I may have to call them up and yell at them to get a new DVR. This HR20 is a real hunk of junk- loud, slow, and generally crap compared to the new boxes.

The new DVR (I think records 5 shows at once, tons of space, etc etc etc) is selling for...$299...YOUCH!
