Disney finally on Vudu

Just checked Vudu dot com and saw they finally are offering Disney movies. A bunch of them. Wondering now if I can take in my movies to Wal Mart and finally load them on the cloud for 2.00 each.

Hmmm after doing some research it looks like Disney is only allowing either rentals from Vudu or paying outrageous high prices just for the digital download to own. That bites. I already paid 22.00 for Bolt now they want me to pay another 22.00 for the digital download. Fuck that. Disney is so friggin greedy just let us do disc to digital for 2.00/ea. Disney will still make a massive profit by them not having to do anything but letting us have the digital copy to a film we already own.

Btw I found out Disney was in Vudu when I bought Ironman 3 and it allowed me to redeem my digital copy on Vudu instead of iTunes. This and Oz the great and powerful I believe are the first movies that include a digital copy to be stored on Vudu and Vudo only. After I redeemed my digital copy it only showed on Vudu and not Flixster or CinemaNow.

I guess I'll just wait till Disney finally has d2d before I convert because I'm not gonna pay those outrageous prices for a Bluray I already own.
