Yeah... I know basic bluetooth audio sucks, which makes my concern about EQ settings seem a little uncessary.
But I was just wondering. For instance, on my Android phone I have an EQ app that I can use to tailor the sound of music to my liking. However, most of those portable bluetooth speakers don't have any built-in EQ settings. So if I wanted to try and pump up the treble, I'd need to be able to transmit the EQ on my phone to the speaker.
I thought I read where Bluetooth 4.0 had this capability, but I googled it and couldn't find anything concrete. Or what about earlier versions like Bluetooth 3.0?
