Dynaudio sold 83% of their shares to GoerTek Inc, a Chinese business. Dynaudio’s Lars Prisak continues as CEO and its founder Wilfried Ehrenholz continues as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and a minority shareholder.

Let's watch and see if this goes down the same way all the great American audio brands were pretty much ruined in similar Asian buy-outs in the past.

If I were a betting man I'd wager that GoerTek will start slapping "sound by Dynaudio" stickers on their products and we'll soon start seeing Dynaudio portable BT speakers and such.

Well since China has 30% of the worlds rare earth metal and 90% of production, they have the $$$$. No one can make magnets but China.
Now maybe our cell phones will have Dynaudo speakers.
Can you imagine how much a cell phone will cost then.....out of my league.

My MSI laptop has a Sound by Dynaudio label printed directly above the top-mounted speakers.
