ELO releasing new material

YEAH! Now that Jeff Lynn has grown up and gotten past his drug abusive days, he is finally making his own music again (rather than helping others sound like his band).

Apparently a new album is releasing in October.

I have already pre-ordered the CD, I hope it is similar to the "good" ELO of "Out of the Blue" and not the shitty ELO of "Electric Dreams".
Not that it makes much of a difference, but I note that this is branded as "Jeff Lynne's ELO."

I'm expecting a library copy once they get theirs.

That's a good point, but the ELO which reached the highest fame was Jeff Lynn and his backing band. He has been in law suits with his former drummer (who didn't even play on all the old ELO songs) for over a decade about the use of the name.
