Elsa's Legacy: The Born Free Story

Saw most of this show on PBS tonight. I remember seeing "Born Free" on TV, maybe 3, 4 decades ago (!); I've not read the book. This doc is interesting, reveals a lot of stuff not in the original film. A scary part, the female lead slipped and broke her ankle during filming, and the "tame" lions used in the filming kept threatening her, their instincts led them to the "weak prey".
I need to watch this film again, and maybe pick up the book.

^ I remember it as well, Randy.

I will definitely be checking this out! Thanks for the post, Botch! :handgestures-thumbup:
