From the Earth to the Moon

HBO is rereleasing the series on July 15th, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. Will be available to stream on that date, and they will broadcast them all on July 20th. Supposed to be remastered in high definition, as well as remastered CGI. Don't remember if it aired in wide screen or not, but hoping it is this time. I'm really liked the series back when it aired in the 90's and look forward to seeing it again. LINK

Thats a very good one

The best series I saw on the US moon program was a three part series Chasing the Moon which was on PBS last week. It is still available via the PBS streaming app.

I watched the first episode last night. I had forgotten how good it is. I don't know what format they shot it in, but it does look like it's cropped, although most scenes still look pretty good.

Cool- that was a great series. I remember one that was aired by PBS in my childhood called Spaceflight. That one was great too (we had recorded it off TV on our Betamax, to give an idea of how old that one was).
