Good article on HDR tech

Thank you Flint. Question to you, I've read that Dolby developed the HDR tech & sold (?) some of the tech to someone and thats where the HDR10 tech comes from. But Dolby kept the best of the tech and developed Dolby Vision which the movie studios accepted.
Do you have any insight about this ?
Do you know of a link that explains Dolby Vision in layman's terms ?

Dolby Vision's main advantage comes with being able to adapt the picture as the bit-rate changes. The picture quality between Dolby Vision and HDR 10 is essentially the same unless there is a bandwidth constraint.
