But I just finished watching all 10 seasons of Stargate SG-1. I loved the movie, but since this debuted on Showtime, I had never caught but a brief glimpse of the series while channel surfing. Fast forward to last winter, and I started catching part of the episodes on lunch, and found out that Amazon streamed the series. I wish Richard Dean Anderson had stayed on for the last two seasons, but the new guy did do ok, although I don't think he had the same chemistry with the cast as Richard did.

I'm three episodes in to Stargate Atlantis, although this one is holding my interest as well. Seems more family friendly even though the wraiths are as scary as anything that's been shown.

For those that have watched, is there a particular order that you should watch the two movies? Of course, Amazon wants a rental fee on those, but I'm sure I'll pony up the money as I want to know what happens with the Ori.

And one last note, one of the guys that started the series, has a new time travel show coming to Netflix starring Eric McCormack. :text-link:
