Joe was born in 1947............not bad for a 65 year old!

Joe is from my neck of the woods. I saw his band the James Gang several times at a local place called the Corral. This was around '68-'69. He was great then.

I also caught him at a World Series of Rock concert With his band Barnstorm. The concert included REO Speedwagon, the original Lynard Skynyrd and the Beach Boys. Think it was '74 or '75 and the concert was held in the old Cleveland Municipal stadium where the Indians and Browns used to play. It held 83,000 but I got a seat on the field about 50-60 ft from the stage, sitting on a blanket on the ground. I also remember it was hot as hell, sitting in the sun with no shade.

Good Deal Jeff......

We used to see him when he used to play the small club scene at a place called Toads Place in CT. This was probably back in the early 80's. That last 2 times I saw him was at the Cape Cod Melody Tent and then at the Strand in RI....... Early 1990's

Rock On Joe!!! :banana-dance: :bow-blue: :music-rockout: :banana-dance:

He was on GMA this week. Sounded great. Saw him @ Capitol Theater in my hometown Passaic NJ late 60's that I can recall :eek:bscene-drinkingdrunk: :eek:bscene-drinkingdrunk:
