Wow... I couldn't finish watching it. That definitely is one of the weirdest videos I've ever seen. Or at least the half that I watched, anyway. Is it from some strange movie maybe?

Have you ever done a search for Japanese commercials on youtube? There was one with what can only be described as a pedophiliac dog in a potato chip (I think) commercial. Anyway, this video was on the "recommended" list after watching one of those...

For example...

But still, too much time isn't too far off the mark...
