My Leckerton UHA-4 headphone amp arrived. Over the course of a couple of weeks, I will attempt to update and review (very amateur like) the experiences I have with it. All apologies for the photos in advance, I'm only using my Samsung Galaxy S4.
CONTENTS OF BOX

1. Amp, sealed in plastic and then in the felt black bag (shown underneath "thank you for your purchase" note)
2. USB to mini cable
3. Black rubber feet for amp (assume for desktop use). I plan to not use there but portable or for TV watching.
4. Quick-Start Guide
If packaging was any indication of quality, I liked the small/clean but effective packaging. It was sent from Portland to Houston via 2-day delivery for $10. A side note, sorry that the founder left Austin, TX a while back but it saved me the taxes (hey $16.50 is $16.50).
VISUAL APPEARANCE
First impression of amp.
Size: Wow it was much smaller than I even anticipated (which is good). Man my Electric Avenues PA2V2 is way bigger even though I thought it to be reasonable in size. I enjoyed that amp for years but if size is any indication, this one easily wins. Another side note: Gary at Electric Avenues is absolutely amazing and was willing to support changes to my amp for free, years after I originally bought it.
Height comparison to (from left to right) Ipod Classic, Leckerton UHA-4, Electric Avenues PA2V2 (the Leckerton and Ipod are very close, Ipod being a bit shorter)

Width Comparison (you should know the devices by now)
Leckerton wider than the other two devices

Length Comparison

With the large rubber volume control of the PA2V2, the length is almost the same as the Leckerton. The Ipod is the longest of them.
Next I will spend some time utilizing the amp on my portable setup. I will be using the following:
1. Ipod Classic
2. FiiO Ipod line out to 3.5mm connector
3. Shure IEM SE425s
