Wow what a great "realistic" medical drama surrounding surgeons. Working in a hospital I am very critical of medical dramas and how far fetched they can be. This one is very good even the first scene depicting a surgery taking place and an unwanted vendor interrupting the surgery to try and sell supplies. Having worked in the Cath Lab I saw this happen far too many times. Great cast including Ving Rhames and Alfred Molina as the chief of surgery. Pilot episode should be on a few more times this week on TNT. Highly recommend it.
