My Bulb Finally Packed It In

Fred, when was the last time you checked/cleaned the filter? I'm willing to bet it's dirty and/or clogged and is protecting itself fom overheating.

I've cleaned it a couple of times. It WAS dirty last time. I was thinking of GENTLY vacuuming the input/output for the air vents.

BTW, Rope, I have a better grasp of finances than the Government. I'm actually going to REDUCE my spending to FIT my budget. Besides, if it was a government operation, I'd have to have a comittee to determine a needs analysis, then, despite there being many off the shelf products that meet my needs, submit my projo needs analysis for a prelim tender to no less than three contractors. THEN, upon reciept of said tenders, I would then re-evaluate my needs. After confirming that
