These are quite interesting since I already have the MH30's. I thought this will be the BT version of the MH30's since they have the same sized drivers but they actually sound quite different from each other. The grills are for aesthetics only and these are actually closed back headphones. As with other Master & Dynamic headphones, the built quality is quite good all metal and leather. These don't fold up like the MH30's but they do fold flat. These are not neutral sounding headphones with a slight boost on the low end but not boomy like Beats headphones. The I got them since I'm getting tired of carrying two sets of headphones in my work bag. The BT sound is solid and they work wired too which I haven't tried yet. I was able to get them with 10% off plus my rewards at BB so they're not too bad for what I paid for them. Initial impressions are good but I'll give it a few days and see if the sound will get even better as it's broken in.
