Noise Abatement needed (industrial sized bass trap?)

I have a client who operates a wood pelletizing company and they have a log debarker that that is emiting some pretty prodigious db's in the Octave Band Center Frequencies of 31.5, 63, 125 and even 250 hz.

I am curious to get the sound engineer/audiophile view of something like this.

1) If possile, isolate from the floor with sorbothane or similar product (even rubber).
2) Add wavy or multi-angled solid concrete sound walls between the machine and the area needing protection from sound - they need to be large enough to block the entire 32Hz wave.
3) Active bass traps are an option, but they require maintenance and cost a fortune.
