During my recent research on music streamers I found some audiophile channels that I've continued to enjoy, including a daily 4-6 minute one from Paul McGowen, PS Audio. He's the founder of PSA, whom I was unfamiliar with, pretty high-end stuff and it's all designed/built in Pueblo, CO. He has built a high-end studio within the company, and he does strictly DSD recordings, not unlike Dr. Waldrep/AIX Records. I haven't purchased any of his disks (yet) but I noticed they have an internet channel with no commercials, https://octaverecords.out.airtime.pro/octaverecords_a , that is a collection of all the tracks they've recorded in that studio. These tracks are only sent out on internet radio as .mp3s, but they sound pretty damn good; I've been tuning into it and just letting it run all day. There are small classical groups, opera, bluegrass, jazz, blues, Americana, quite a mix of different styles (and with the exception of one violinist, they are all great musicians).
I like listening to Mr. McGowen's talks on EweTube, and he got this non-EE to understand how a R-2-R, "ladder resistor" DAC works. He also is one of those who think speaker cables sound different, but I can let that go.
