It's called The Endless River. http://consequenceofsound.net/2014/10/pink-floyd-premiere-new-song-louder-than-words-listen/
The new song that's supposed to be on that site didn't work for me, although three "snippets" of other tunes did. I'd read a few weeks back that these tracks were cut during the Division Bell sessions (which automatically means the songs weren't good enough for a Floyd release at the time, which doesn't bode well for this, as seen on countless "posthumous" releases from dead artists/dissolved bands)).
But, the above link said it was recorded in 2013, and used a lot of songs penned by Richard Wright (RIP). So, I dunno. Will definitely try to hear it before buying, but I'll probably get it.
Could be a really long discussion as to whether it's really "Pink Floyd", with both Waters and Wright gone. Roger definitely could write some deep lyrics and song threads; his vocals could bring a sinister air to the records that was definitely a part of the PF sound. But I love post-Waters PF a lot, they did fine without him (as he did without them!) The only standout musician in the band has been David Gilmour, the most lyrical guitarist this side of Mark Knopfler. I don't pay too much attention to who wrote what songs, so I don't have an informed opinion on that, but still anxious to hear this one.
