Sure, this thread is going on two months old; but... here's my 2 cents: I'm glad they finally added Amazon VOD. Makes my PS3 even cooler. Though I was disappointed not to see any better prices than Vudu (yet) for HD rentals. Maybe someday, eh?

i just like having the option, and since i already have amazon prime, this is even better. its an option, an alternative, compared to my netflix im currently using via sisters account.

have you tried streaming yet? its still 2 channel for me tho.

Some movies are 5.1 but I don't see an option for subtitles.

I have used Amazon streaming and no subtitles.

They are getting more Prime titles all the time. It is getting better.

I haven't tried it yet either. Maybe someday if they ever have something I want to watch for less than Vudu. Though, they've gotta work on adding 5.1. Granted, not all Vudu movies have it, but most do.

But I'm only looking at half the picture. It's pretty cool for you guys with Amazon Prime accounts, I'd suspect. A Netflix alternative.
