PSA 15V - not clean and rumbling

I have had this subwoofer for 7+ years. I watched Matrix in 4k and the sound has a rumble or distorted sound now. Not a clean sound at the end of the film. Worried about it sagging or something. Talk me off the ledge please or is this a design issue?

Shoot an email to PSA. Was it just with that one scene? Can you replicate the same sound with different material? Is it volume related? Is it source related?

I always wondered if down firing subs would eventually have 'sag' as the surrounds age and wear. My SVS is over 15 yrs old and I'm not getting any performance issue that I know of. I still wonder about 'sag' but the fact that I have seen zero instances of anyone anywhere complaining about it leads me to believe it is not an actual or inevitable condition.

I went through other content after and actually I think it was the material. Let me find it again to see if others get a weird bass
