The Eiger is an Evil mountain in the Swiss Alps. On 60 Minutes tonight they did a story on a guy who ski-glided, then free-ski'd, then free-fell, then parachuted down the face of Her. I couldn't find the CBS footage on Ewetube, but found this clip of a guy ski-gliding most of the mountain. He took the same route, but then kept his glider chute, and skis, at the point the CBS guy was free-falling, but did some really neat "kissing" of the mountain with his skis on the way down. He finally did a pretty hard stop when he realized he couldn't clear the last rock outcropping. Cool shit!
