Very good movie!

Surprised you have not seen it.
It is a good movie IMO. I still haven't seen The English Patient yet. I heard that it won the best picture Oscar. I guess it's just not the genre that excites me. :confusion-shrug:

I enjoyed it. And I own it on BD, too.

I suspect most of you will beat me up over this but I still haven't seen this movie. What's worse, I've owned on BD for nearly 4 years.

Own it. Like it. Recommend it.

I found all the lens flare effects to be a little distracting but I'm funny that way.

This came out right about the time I upgraded my 30-year-old system, and was one of the first Blurays I bought.

I had a complaint right off the bat, there's NO place in Iowa that has a canyon like the one the "teenage" Kirk drove the convertible into, but then someone pointed out it was a strip mine, I saw that upon watching it again.

My GF hates SciFi (along with Westerns) but loved this version of Star Trek. Great movie.

A movie with that many Oscar wins would be worth something at least. One win may be shrug-able but 9 wins...

I believe Star Trek 2009 is available to stream Netflix. Was ok just not one id buy.

Rent it, buy it, whatever, just see it!! It made many non-fans of Star Trek, fans...incredibly entertaining! (from a non-fan ;) )

its one of the most entertaining movies ive seen in a while.

still one of my favorite movies. ive watched this movies millions of times.

never noticed the lens flare. anyways, its a great flick on my end.

Its one of the blu rays i have that has been watched a few times.

I can't wait for star trek 2!

It will definitely put you to sleep so it does have value as a sleep aid.
