It is a good movie IMO. I still haven't seen The English Patient yet. I heard that it won the best picture Oscar. I guess it's just not the genre that excites me. :confusion-shrug:

I found all the lens flare effects to be a little distracting but I'm funny that way.

This came out right about the time I upgraded my 30-year-old system, and was one of the first Blurays I bought.

I had a complaint right off the bat, there's NO place in Iowa that has a canyon like the one the "teenage" Kirk drove the convertible into, but then someone pointed out it was a strip mine, I saw that upon watching it again.

I believe Star Trek 2009 is available to stream Netflix. Was ok just not one id buy.

its one of the most entertaining movies ive seen in a while.

still one of my favorite movies. ive watched this movies millions of times.

It will definitely put you to sleep so it does have value as a sleep aid.
