Don't particularly like most of NWA's music, but I really dig the Hard drive of Appetite For Destruction. SOC is a cool tune, too.

As for movies, this will probably be fine. Done up like Hollywood does, of course. But it looks alright.

Now if only Hollywood would get on board with another movie project about another legendary rap group. Sadly it looks like the Kickstarter campaign wasn't enough to get Kid N Play's "Skycapz" project off the ground.

So we never really did any reviews of this after the original talk. I just watched this last week and I thought it was excellent.

Really well done. The story was good and the acting was exceptional. I liked everything about this movie. I think they went a ways to make the LAPD look like the bad guys, but that had to be expected from this movie.

While watching O'Shea Jackson Jr. I really thought I was watching Ice Cube.

If you haven't seen it and are even remotely interested I recommend it. Great movie.
