Ted Nugent Goes Off In CBS Interview

Well, I love Ted Nugent, love his music. Absolutely love his music and have for as long as I can remember.
But, I think dude is losing his mind a bit. To the point that as a long time fan, I am a bit concerned. I also think the Republican party should be a bit concerned because Ted's comments are becoming more and more polarizing.
I don't however agree with the panel's take on his comments and I totally got that Ted was speaking metaphorically when he said "if you find somebody more charitable then he would suck the interviewers dick" loosely quoted. And, I certainly don't think he was threatening to rape the producer.

I have to wonder if there was an off camera conversation between Ted and the interviewer. He took such offense to the "you're not a moderate" comment that he clary heard it as "you're a crazy-ultra-right-winged-gun hoarding-borderline-psychiotic-nut-ball".
Regardless, dude is wound more than a little tight and is begining to do his cause more harm than good.
