No D, it will just be a communist state by then and we will have to wait until it's old news and the world has seen it before it passes through the censors. Even then it will be all chopped up and be a 1/2 hour long.

Serious though, I can't wait.
 
That is the perfect actor for the lead!!!! I ove that guy!

He was amazing in the original Office series and I love just about everything he does.

I'm very excited about this movie and interested to see how it will work. The book definitely has a more fun and lighter tone than the LOTR ones. It looks like The Hobbit movie will have a similar tone to the LOTR ones (which I think is good).

He was also very good in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Just a funny guy.
 
It's supposed to be a prequel but the key actors look older (despite all the CGI available). :doh:
 
The release is almost a year away so there's plenty of time to apply digital de-aging. Besides... If the the movie follows the book you'll see very little of the key actors from the LOTR.

I can't wait. LOTR is, IMO, the best movie/book ever. I love the tone and look of the movie. Very LOTResque. which is good.

I'm glad to see the original characters from LOTR Bilbo, Gandalf, Galadriel.

I'm taking a VAC day at work for this one.



And I know he's not serious, but the world ending to me is just like the Y2K pandemic. God states we will NEVER know when the world will end.
