Micheal Douglas?? Isn't he like 80 now?? I figured Hank was a lot younger than that.


The only history I have to go by is the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon, but (if that show has the history correct) how are they going to integrate Hank and Ultron? Wasn't Hank and Tony who created Ultron? To me it seems they should have picked someone younger and better fits the role. I like Douglas, but just don't think this part is "him"


But I've been proven wrong before. I didn't like RDjr as Ironman when the first one was filming.Now I don't see anyone else but him in that role.

Supposedly Michael Douglas is the retired Ant-Man Hank Pym. He will train his replacement Scott Lang (Paul Rudd).

Ok....that's better....I guess. Maybe the A:EMH show has the comic history wrong.

Pym has used several names Antman, Giant Man, Goliath, and Yellowjacket.

One of the funny things about comics is how the really successful ones get re-written, re-booted, re-done ... in multiple formats. Each time a little different. There is no "right or wrong" though some truely obsessed fans will consider certain sources to be canon.

Very true! same thing goes with The Flash and numerous er... versions of him. or those who took upon the red suit...
